If something isn't right, we'll always do our best to make it so.
What you need to know
All items must be unworn, in their original box, and accompanied by your purchase receipt or gift ticket.
How it works
Exchange in store
Items purchased on our website can be exchanged at any Pretty Ballerinas boutique in Australia — simply bring your purchase receipt or gift exchange ticket.
Choose your new model or size in store. If the new item is of higher value, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll issue a credit note for future purchases.
Online exchange
Return shipping is at your expense. Please pack the item securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Indicate clearly the new size or model you'd like — the sooner you let us know, the better, as we can reserve the size you need. You'll find an exchange/returns form with our return address inside your parcel.

Full refund
If you're not completely happy, you may request a full refund within 10 days from the date you receive your item.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the goods. Credit card refunds may take a little longer depending on your bank.
Faulty products
If a product develops a fault within the first 90 days, you are entitled to a free repair, a replacement, or a full refund.
This does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us and send the item for inspection.
