EXCHANGES & RETURNS

At Pretty Ballerinas Australia, our philosophy is simple: happy clients. We will always do our best to ensure you feel delighted and satisfied with every purchase.

If you’ve changed your mind, have doubts about the product, prefer a different style, or the size isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.


EXCHANGE IN STORE

Items purchased on our official website prettyballerinas.com.au can be exchanged at any Pretty Ballerinas boutique in Australia by presenting your purchase receipt or gift exchange ticket.
Visit your preferred store, choose your new model or size, and if the new item is of higher value, you’ll simply pay the difference. If the new item costs less, we’ll issue a credit note for future purchases.


ONLINE EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange online, you are responsible for the return until it reaches our facility. Please send the package securely to ensure the product arrives in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Returned items must be unworn, in their original box, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt or gift ticket. Please clearly indicate the new size or model you would like. The sooner you let us know, the better — we can reserve the size you need.

Inside your parcel, you will find an exchange/returns form with our return address.

Once we receive the product in perfect condition with all requirements met, we will send you the requested replacement.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For online purchases, Pretty Ballerinas Australia honours a right of withdrawal.
If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a full refund within 10 days from the date you receive your item.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Debit card and bank transfer refunds are processed within 3 business days after receiving the goods. Credit card refunds may take longer, as they depend on the issuing bank’s processing times.

Please note: Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original box. We cannot accept returns of products that show signs of wear or damage.


FAULTY PRODUCTS

If a product develops a fault within the first 90 days, you are entitled to a free repair, a replacement, or a full refund.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear.
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us immediately via our customer service channels and send the item for inspection.
